Guy from yesterday or girl from tomorrow?

Gone are the days when a girl would bend to every whim and fancy of the guy, and do everything possible to breathe a life into an almost dead relationship.

Research shows that the trend today is where the guy is more committed to a relationship and has trouble letting go of the strings even when it is all over. He is the first to strike a compromise or offer an apology, when a fight threatens to overthrow the relationships. He is the one making incessant calls and found waiting for hours on an end, under a lone tree on an isolated road. He is the one accepting his flaws and making promises of changing himself. He is actually even the first one of the two to mention the forbidden word.'Marriage'!

And it is the girl who is taking him for a ride. Looks like women's liberation has taken things a bit too far! Rubbing shoulders with men is another thing, but taking leave of the feminine essence is a different thing altogether. The girls of the modern era boast of being career oriented and ambitious, yet harbour secret hopes of marrying a tall dark handsome and definitely rich dude.

If the homemakers go on a leave, there would be no place to call home. Instead of amalgamating the sensitive guy of today and working towards what could definitely be the most thrilling experience of being in a relation, the girls have opted to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Forgetting the concept of fair's fair, the question to be pondered over is: Is it worth it? Does the renewed, honest, committed, sensitive guy [all that a girl claims to be looking for in a guy anyway!] deserve to be discouraged, by absolutely not called for feminine jibes?
